The Gujarat Industrial Development Act ; Gujarat Public Premises Act,; The Special Economic Zones Act, ; Gujarat Special Investment Region Act, ; Rights of. An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to co-operative societies in the State of Gujarat. It is hereby enacted in the Twelfth year of the Republic of India as follows: CHAPTER I.

Preliminary. Short title and Commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Cooperative Societies Act, (2) It extends to the whole of the State. LEGISLATIVE & PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT.
